How do I access the class(es) I just purchased?

  • Log in to your account on
  • Once you do, you will see Your Courses in the side navigation
  • Click on the course you enrolled in
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Course Content
  • A page will open where you can watch the recording

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed in Los Angeles, California, USA and Buenos Aires, Argentina, South America. They are ethically made in India by an organization vetted for fair labor and eco-sustainable business practices.

Can I recycle your packaging?

Our packaging materials are made of paper which is recyclable and botanically-derived plastic (non-petroleum) which is compostable. It’s up to all of us to ensure that all waste disposal is done as regeneratively as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Your satisfaction is our priority. If the product didn’t live up to your expectations, you can send it back within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less any S/H). We pay for your return shipping. You will be credited back the amount of your purchase after we receive your return.

How do I create an account?

  3. Enter your name, email, and create a password

How do I recover my lost password?

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Go to Member Login
  2. Click ‘forgot your password?’
  3. Enter your username or email
  4. Click ‘reset password’
  5. Check your email to reset your password
  6. Done!

How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Go to Member Login
  2. Click on ‘account details‘
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Confirm your new password
  6. Save changes
  7. Done!

How do I update my billing or shipping information?

To update your billing or shipping information:

  1. Go to Member Login
  2. Click on ‘addresses‘
  3. Edit your address
  4. Click ‘save address’
  5. Done!

How do I access my past order history?

To access your past order history:

  1. Go to Member Login
  2. Click on ‘orders’
  3. Done!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items you purchase. All tax estimates will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Why was my order declined?

In most cases, orders are declined due to a mismatch of address, zip code or security code. The information you provide must be correct and must match the information your credit card company has on file. If you have checked your information and it appears correct, please contact us to so we can help troubleshoot the problem.

Can I combine promo codes?

Sorry, our system only accepts one promo code at a time.

What if my promo code is expired?

Sorry, we do not honor expired promocodes.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

As soon as we assign a shipping label to your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?

Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If it’s been over 48 hours without an update, feel free to contact us.

When can I expect my order?

In-stock orders placed before 11AM PST ship same-day (weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded). Orders with flat rate standard shipping will arrive in 2-7 business days.

Where do you ship?

The HBM ships both domestically within the US and internationally. Variable shipping rates apply.

How much is shipping?

Domestic flat rate standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail is $5 for orders $25 and under.

Domestic USPS priority shipping is free for orders $50+.

International rates vary depending upon shipping destination.

My tracking says that my order was “delivered” but I never received it.

It’s not uncommon for a shipment to experience some delays or for a carrier to mark an order delivered and not have it arrive until the next day. If your order still hasn’t arrived 48 hours after it was estimated and/or marked as delivered, feel free to contact us.

What if my package is damaged or missing?

Please contact us and we’ll get to the bottom of the matter.

Do you guarantee your products?

Absolutely. We hope you love every item you purchase from us. If you don’t, we stand by with a no-questions-asked money back guarantee. Simply return your item within 30 days of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (S/H excluded).

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has processed, it can’t be cancelled or changed.

I purchased a product at a retail location. How can I return it?

We do not currently sell our HBM merchandise directly in any retail stores. If you purchased an HBM product from a resale merchant app such as Poshmark or Mercari, follow that app’s return instructions.
