One of the most powerful things we could do in our healing journey is heal our family story.

Maybe you grew up feeling like you didn’t belong…

Or were neglected by your parents…

Or felt like you were never good enough for mom and dad…

Maybe you still have a challenging relationship with your family today, where you feel disconnected, misunderstood, or hurt by them…

Maybe you dread seeing them at Thanksgiving, or wish you were closer but don’t know how to bridge that gap…

Whatever it is you’re experiencing with your family, whether you’re in an active relationship with them or not, believe me when I say that there are incredible treasures in the triggers and meaningful purpose beyond the pain.

“If you think you’re enlightened, go spend a week with your family.” – Ram Das

Why is it so important to heal our Family Story?

Because most of our beliefs, values and frameworks of life were created between the ages of 0-7, meaning that our family or primary caregivers during that time are the main voices that continue to influence our lives today.

Ever heard of Mommy and Daddy Issues? Or Brother and Sister Wounds? Whatever is unhealed in our family dynamics will show up in every relationship in our life: the way we relate to belonging, authority, intimacy, other men or women, our romantic partners, friends, and so on.

For example, if your father left you at a young age, you may grow up feeling unwanted, abandoned and unworthy of love. In dating, this may show up as feeling like you need to perform and earn your partner’s love, or perhaps you’re so afraid of being abandoned again that you push intimacy away… Because in your mind, it’s just a matter of time until your partner will leave anyways.

Or maybe you grew up in a household where you had a lot of competition with your siblings. You had to fight to get attention, always be the best, and achieve the most in order to get validation from your parents. As an adult, this may show up as overworking, being highly competitive, or feeling like you constantly need to prove something in order to gain love and maintain the achiever identity you’ve worked so hard to maintain all your life.

Our relationship with our family and the story we tell about it frames our core identity. So when we go to the root and uncover our origin story, we could shift our identity and how we relate to life from a foundational level.

In this 90-minute workshop, I’ll teach you the powerful practices of transformational journaling and scripting to heal the past, turn your pain into purpose & manifest the reality you desire by harnessing the power of the subconscious mind.

How to Manifest with Your Subconscious Mind

Have you ever set a goal, but found yourself reverting back to old habits that go against your conscious desires?

That’s because your subconscious mind is responsible for creating 95% of your brain power. 95%! Meaning that the conscious mind (the thoughts you choose when you’re awake) only makes up 5% of your mind.

So when we learn how to work with the power of our subconscious minds and take control of that 95%, we can change our perception of the past, consciously choose our beliefs and reprogram our subconscious minds to be in alignment with what we truly desire.

So if you’re ready to heal your family wounds & write a more empowering Family Story, let’s grab a pen & flip the script.
